Hamilton House Prices Prediction

In this project titled, I developed and compared two advanced predictive models aimed at estimating house prices by census tract in Hamilton, ON. The purpose of this project was to investigate which variables are significant in contributing to the variation in the city's housing cost.

Utilizing a linear regression model in R, I am able to determine that Employment Rate, Educational Major, as well as Age/Sex are the major variables that contribtues to the housing costs in Hamilton.
